Restorative Care Model
At KEO we have a strong rehab-based approach when it comes to providing therapy. Our new service model is evidence-based and consumer-centred and aimed at restoration and maintenance of independence, improvement of mobility and function, and promotion of well-being and quality of life. We also ensure the consistency of therapists to allow for continuity of care and great outcomes for residents.
KEO Wellness Pathway
In response to the recent funding changes in aged care, KEO Care has developed an innovative service model supporting consumers through their residential aged care journey. It is an efficient and sustainable model, ensuring residents can access the health services they need through consumer-focused goal setting, individualised treatment planning and tailored therapy.
Our aim is to work closely with aged care providers to deliver effective, sustainable, and commercial service models that allow them to meet their legislated requirements. We see this as a fantastic opportunity for residential aged care providers and allied health providers to work together to introduce an evidence-based and consumer-centred allied health model aimed at restoration and maintenance of independence, improvement of mobility and function, and promotion of wellbeing and quality of life.

Our skilled physiotherapists provide manual handling training to ensure the safety of both staff and residents.
These sessions ensure safe work practices to prevent risks and injuries.
Applicable to both clinical and non-clinical staff, our manual handling training packages
- Full competency-based training
