Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assessments, Care plan development, Regular evaluation and incident analysis
  • Physiotherapy treatments according to client-centred goals
  • Exercise prescription and progression
  • Group exercise classes
  • Implementation of a pain management program
  • Liaison with residents, families, nursing, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners and equipment suppliers
  • Facilitation of falls prevention workshops, manual handling and other staff education
